Java Dave’s
mission is to build Java Dave’s
Coffee House as one of the highest providers of specialty
coffee and maintain our professional values, as we become a
growing enterprise. We do this through superior quality
coffee, food and beverages, excellent customer service,
sales growth, cost controls and treating our employees like
a team. We believe that our employees are our most important
resource and our success depends upon creating and retaining
a staff capable of delivering an exceptional coffee
experience to every customer, every time.

Java Dave’s Coffee House success depends on our people.
